Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, grow our audience, and engage with our community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories). Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising. Stay updated with the latest social media technologies, tools, and algorithm changes. Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
