Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands
Write high-impact captions, hooks, and CTAs
Handle complete shoot management: planning, coordination, and execution
Coordinate with photographers and videographers during shoots
Work closely with designers;
basic Canva knowledge is mandatory
Manage client communication: updates, feedback, approvals
Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, saves, leads -- not just likes)
Stay updated with platform trends, reels formats, algorithms, and updates
Maintain brand tone, consistency, and content quality across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on social media management experience
Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook (reels, carousels, stories)
Ability to think strategically, not randomly
Clear understanding of how content impacts brand growth and leads
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines without reminders
Comfortable handling feedback and revisions professionally
Bonus Skills (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and lead-based content
Case studies or live social media pages managed
