Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who can create compelling content, build strong online communities, and drive engagement across platforms. This role demands someone with a strong sense of design, storytelling, and analytics, with the ability to work independently and align social media activities with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and publish daily content (images, videos, stories, reels, posts) across platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
.
Create and manage a consistent
content calendar
aligned with marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance and platform analytics to continuously improve strategy and engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online community presence.
Stay current with social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content styles.
Collaborate with the design, content, and tech teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
Manage and optimize
organic and paid campaigns

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a dedicated social media role, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Tools:
Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent for visual design).
Social media schedulers (like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Skills:
Excellent creative thinking, writing, and visual storytelling abilities.
Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
Bonus (Preferred):
Basic video editing skills for reels/shorts.
SEO or blog content coordination experience.
Influencer coordination or brand collaborations experience.
