Position Overview:


The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy across all platforms. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting business goals through effective content creation and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Identify target audiences and plan content to reach them effectively. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media industry trends.

2. Content Creation



Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos). Write compelling captions and ensure brand tone consistency. Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams for creatives and campaigns.

3. Platform Management



Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and community interactions.

4. Analytics & Reporting



Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers). Analyze monthly data to recommend improvements. Monitor campaigns and optimize for better results.

5. Campaign Management



Plan and run social media ad campaigns for brand awareness, leads, and engagement. Collaborate with influencers or partners for promotions and collaborations.

6. Brand Management



Maintain brand identity across all digital touchpoints. Monitor online reputation and handle feedback or customer queries professionally.

7. Trend Research



Identify trending topics, reels, hashtags, and audio to maximize visibility. Experiment with new features and content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. Creative thinking with strong copywriting skills. Knowledge of design basics and ability to work with Canva/Photoshop (preferred). Experience with social media platform ( Instagram , Facebook ,Youtube ) . Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
