Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Ideate and coordinate regular photo/video shoots for reels, stories, and grid posts.
Create engaging, on-brand content that promotes our products, values, and promotions.
Community Management
Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries on all platforms.
Engage with relevant pages, influencers, and communities to boost brand visibility.
Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
Collaboration
Coordinate with design, kitchen, and operations teams for content requirements.
Work with influencers, content creators, and partner brands for collaborations.
Campaigns & Launches
Support all product launches, outlet openings, or offers with strong digital campaigns.
Help execute contests, giveaways, and festive promotions to drive engagement.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand (preferably food, lifestyle, or wellness)
Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends (especially Reels)
Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tools is a plus
Photography, video editing or content creation skills are a strong bonus
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and an eye for detail
Passion for healthy food and an understanding of wellness trends
