Key Responsibilities:
Plan, ideate and execute
creative and engaging content
across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Be the
face of Kidulan
in reels and videos or coordinate with models when needed.
Work with influencers
to drive UGC and paid content collabs.
Coordinate
photoshoots with kid models
and creators for product showcasing.
Take full charge of
Kidulan's social calendar
, trends, festive campaigns, and storytelling.
Collaborate with the internal design, branding, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
Analyze social media performance metrics and bring actionable insights for growth.
Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience in
social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing
, preferably in e-commerce/fashion/lifestyle segments.
Strong camera presence and/or confidence in directing on-screen content.
In-depth knowledge of
Instagram Reels trends
, storytelling formats, and editing basics.
Good command of English, Malayalam, and fashion-friendly captions.
Proven ability to
ideate viral content
and execute under tight deadlines.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage creators and shoot schedules.
Bonus If You Have:
Previous experience in kidswear, parenting, or fashion e-commerce brands.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience in influencer outreach and UGC scripting.
