Key Responsibilities:
Manage
multiple client social media accounts
simultaneously
Plan, create, and execute
monthly social media content calendars
Develop content strategies to
increase Instagram followers, reach, and engagement
Drive
LinkedIn page growth
, reach, and professional visibility for clients
Coordinate with the
Graphic Designer team
and provide:
Clear content ideas
Visual direction
Creative references and briefs
Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creatives and content output
Analyze performance and optimize content for
best results
Conduct and manage
client meetings
, presentations, and strategy discussions
Maintain timely approvals, reporting, and client communication
Stay updated with latest
social media trends, formats, and algorithms
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a
Social Media Manager
(agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of
Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies
Ability to lead and guide a
creative/design team
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Knowledge of content planning, analytics, and reporting tools
Strong creative sense for content and visual storytelling
