We are looking for a creative and result-driven Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our digital presence and create engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage daily social media activities, including posts, reels, stories, and engagement
Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
Shoot and edit photos/videos with editors
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on insights
Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and digital trends
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Basic to advanced skills in video editing and graphic design
Creativity with a good sense of branding and storytelling
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills (Plus Point):
Experience with Reels, Shorts, and viral content
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
Experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing
