Job Description

Key Responsibilities


A. Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Create monthly and weekly content calendars. Identify target audience and platform-specific strategies.

B. Content Creation & Supervision



Guide the creation of high-quality posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

C. Social Media Operations



Manage daily posting and scheduling across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Track trends, hashtags, and viral formats relevant to the brand. Engage actively with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and queries.

D. Campaign Execution



Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, contests, giveaways, collaborations, etc. Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and digital partners. Manage paid ad campaigns (if applicable).

E. Analytics & Performance Tracking



Monitor platform analytics--reach, impressions, engagement, growth rate, traffic, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Benchmark against competitors and identify improvement opportunities.

F. Online Reputation & Community Building



Foster a strong, positive online brand image. Maintain consistency in communication style and service quality across platforms. Identify and manage brand-related conversations, feedback, or issues.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, tools, and algorithms. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Creativity with a strong aesthetic sense. Ability to plan content calendars and manage multiple campaigns. Basic to intermediate skills in Canva/Photoshop/Video editing tools. Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and optimize strategies. Good coordination and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields. 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven experience managing brand pages and growing online communities. Portfolio or reference of social media accounts handled (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Engagement rate improvement (likes, comments, shares, saves). Growth in followers/subscribers. Content consistency and execution of monthly calendar. Lead generation or website/app traffic (if relevant). Response time to customer queries. ROI from campaigns and paid promotions.

Pay: ₹10,351.10 - ₹30,025.78 per month
