Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across platforms Manage and grow email marketing campaigns Collaborate with our team to align digital efforts with overall brand strategy Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and platform algorithms

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and grow company and client social media accounts with engaging content. Create, schedule, and publish posts (static, reels, stories, blogs, etc.). Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics and performance tracking tools. Research market trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members for campaigns. Prepare monthly performance reports for clients and internal review.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can also apply). Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and problem-solving skills.
