Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
Creating social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences
Create social media reels/ content for social media
Writing social media posts and captions and updating the social media pages
Responding to customer feedback and maintaining communications online
Creating graphic and visual content for dissemination on social media pages
Analyze social media numbers regularly
Prepare periodic reports for review by a supervisor
Assist in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts
Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events
