About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Phase 1: Master the craft
1. Craft compelling content that makes healthcare professionals shine on social media
2. Deep dive into content strategy, planning, and execution across platforms
3. Learn the art of community management and engagement
4. Get hands-on experience with performance analytics and optimization
5. Work directly with our current team leads and learn from their experience
Phase 2: Show your leadership potential
1. Take ownership of key client accounts
2. Contribute innovative ideas to improve our processes
3. Mentor new team members
4. Lead mini-projects and campaigns
5. Demonstrate your ability to think strategically
Phase 3: Path to leadership (based on performance)
1. Opportunity to lead a team of 10 creative professionals
2. Shape the social media strategy for our healthcare clients
3. Drive innovation in our content approach
4. Build and nurture client relationships
5. Develop and implement team training programs
