Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand strategy.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to maximize engagement.
Source suitable influencers, evaluate profiles, and maintain a database for campaigns.
Negotiate rates and finalize collaboration terms with influencers for shoots.
Coordinate influencer schedules and ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Manage end-to-end shoots - including planning, briefing influencers, coordinating with the team, assisting in filming, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
Track influencer campaigns, measure performance, and report results.
Ensure timely posting, engagement, and community management across all platforms.
Collaborate with the team for cross-promotional campaigns and brand consistency.
Travel as required for influencer meet-ups or shoots (company provides accommodation, travel, and food expenses).

1-2 years of experience in
