We are looking for a confident and organised Social Media Management Executive to handle client communication and manage social media activities. You will work with different teams to plan posts, keep brand messaging consistent, and engage with audiences online.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
Plan and schedule posts on social media platforms
Coordinate with content, design, and video teams
Write basic captions or content when needed
Track platform engagement and share updates
Make sure brand tone and messaging are consistent
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in social media and client handling
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Organised and good at multitasking
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
Female candidates preferred
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
Basic understanding of social media trends and branding
