Job Role- Social Media Listening Analyst
Exp: 5+years
Location: Mumbai (WFH)
Type: Full-time
Shift Time- 7 PM to 3 AM
Responsibilities:
Utilizing social media listening tools and analytics platforms to gather data and extract
actionable insights.
Handling comprehensive datasets and identify social themes and sentiments.
Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to provide strategic recommendations to the
client.
Planning ahead and setting up reporting templates for upcoming projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, marketing, and client services to
deliver comprehensive insights and solutions.
Learn and quickly adapt to the proprietary software.
Meeting deadline with a high degree of accuracy for every project.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in social media
listening and analytics.
Requirements & Skillsets:
Bachelor's or Postgraduates Degree.
3-5+ years of proven experience in social media listening, or a similar role, with experience
working on report templates as well as customised reports.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and
compelling reports.
Completes projects in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy.
Active multi-tasker, with an innate sense of understanding and self-managing shift in
priorities.
Active understanding of all major social media platforms.
Self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced changing environment.
