Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Thinking
Translate business goals into social media strategy
Define content pillars, tone, formats & narrative
Align social media with brand positioning & funnel stages
Execution Oversight
Review and approve all content before publishing
Ensure consistency across creatives, captions, and reels
Guide juniors on hooks, storytelling & visual hierarchy
Client Impact
Act as the thinking partner for clients
Push back on poor ideas with logic
Help AMs retain clients through better outcomes
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and upgrade junior team members
Create internal content SOPs & best practices
Own delivery quality, not just timelines
Performance & Insights
Track engagement quality, not vanity metrics
Connect insights to content improvements
Present learnings clearly to AMs and leadership
