We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead to spearhead the digital presence of a prominent political campaign. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of social media platforms, political narratives, and audience engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with political messaging and campaign goals Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.) Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure timely rollout of digital campaigns Monitor trends, online sentiment, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly Plan and execute paid promotions to amplify reach and engagement Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to guide strategy Crisis management and reputation monitoring in real-time

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in political or issue-based campaigns Strong understanding of the Indian political landscape and voter behavior
Expertise in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital marketing tools Ability to manage teams and work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus
