Job Description

We are a 12 year young experiential marketing agency. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Lead Generation Manager. Following are the KRAs but not limited to:

1. The primary KRA is to get leads for events and exhibitions.

2. Manage the website by uploading new photos and videos

3. Handle all Social Media Assets by regularly posting content

4. Continuosly run email marketing campaigns with great open rate and get more leads and responses from them

5. Create fresh content in terms of posts and videos for our product offering

6. Think of ways of generating new leads every month for events and exhibitions

7. Should be able to run campaigns on strict budget and generate results

8. Should be able to write copy/content for all posts, website and videos. Will be responsible for coming up with various topics for creating new videos

9. Should be creative and ensure that the best work is timely created, posted and circulated to sales team

10. Should be able to keep a tab of every campaign or post and see how he/she can improve the lead generation rate

11. Should have an experience of minimum 4-5 years in the same profile

12. Should be able to run campaigns on Whatsapp and find other new mediums

12. Performance will be strictly measured on the number of leads generated every month

Candidates with minimum 4-5 years of similar work profile need only apply. Candidates who can work on videos will be preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
