Role Summary
We are looking for a
Social Media + Outreach Intern
who can drive
B2B leads
using
LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
. This role combines content + outbound outreach: you will create posts, run targeted messaging, write follow-up DMs/emails, and
handover qualified leads
to our TeleMarketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media (Meta + LinkedIn)
Plan and publish content on LinkedIn + Meta (posts, carousels, short reels where possible)
Write captions and hooks that drive clicks and inquiries
Maintain a simple content calendar (weekly)
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and reach out to relevant decision-makers on LinkedIn (cold DMs + connection requests)
Write and send follow-up DMs and follow-up emails
Run basic lead nurturing (3-5 follow-ups) to book calls or collect requirements
Qualify leads using a checklist (industry, role, need, budget/intent, timeline)
Lead Management
Maintain lead tracking sheet/CRM (status, notes, follow-up dates)
Handover qualified leads to TeleMarketing team with complete context
Coordinate with TeleMarketing team to track conversion outcomes
Must-have Skills
Strong written English (and Hindi is a plus) with clear, professional tone
Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach + B2B lead generation
Comfortable with Meta + LinkedIn platforms and posting tools
Ability to handle follow-ups consistently and maintain lead records
Confident communication + willingness to learn
Good-to-have Skills (Bonus)
Canva / basic design for posts and carousels
Copywriting experience (hooks, CTAs, short emails)
Familiarity with CRM/lead sheets (HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets)
Experience with cold outreach or telecalling (even small)
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Consistent posting on LinkedIn and/or Meta
Outreach volume: new connects/messages per day
Qualified leads generated: new per week
Meetings/call bookings: new per month
Clean lead handover notes to TeleMarketing team
