Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing / Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead Generation Expert to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for driving quality leads, improving conversion efficiency, and supporting the company's revenue pipeline with data-driven digital acquisition strategies
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy
Develop monthly and quarterly paid social lead-gen plans aligned with business goals.
Identify high-potential platforms, audiences, and funnels to maximize qualified lead flow.
Build channel-specific strategies for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging networks.
2. Campaign Execution & Management
Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor daily performance, optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Implement structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and bidding models.
3. Creative & Messaging Optimization
Collaborate with design and copy teams to develop engaging ad creatives (video, carousel, reels, story ads).
Write and refine high-conversion ad scripts, hooks, and CTA variations.
Run continuous experiments on visuals, landing pages, and messaging angles.
4. Lead Capture & Funnel Optimization
Manage lead forms, WhatsApp/Messenger automation, and chat workflows.
Ensure accurate CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) with clean data flow.
Reduce drop-offs through optimized landing pages, micro-conversions, and retargeting loops.
5. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Set up pixels, UTMs, custom conversions, and event tracking.
Build and maintain dashboards showing CPL, CVR, LTV, and funnel performance.
Share weekly reports with insights, growth opportunities, and scaling recommendations.
6. Performance Optimizatio
n
Manage A/B/n tests for campaigns, creatives, audience segments, and offer variations.
Scale winning strategies and phase out underperforming assets.
Use retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation to improve quality leads.
Strategic Growth Responsibilities
Analyze competitor ads, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
Collaborate with product, web, and sales teams to align messaging and user journeys.
Explore new ad formats, platforms, and automation tools for continuous improvement.
Build playbooks, SOPs, and best-practice frameworks for performance consistency.
Support brand campaigns when needed to strengthen awareness and recall.
