We are looking for a

dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Executive

who can take full ownership of our

online presence

brand communication

digital campaigns

Key Responsibilities1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)



Develop and implement

comprehensive SEO strategies

to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. Conduct

keyword research

, competitor analysis, and market trend studies. Optimize

website structure, metadata, content, and technical elements

for maximum visibility. Perform

technical SEO audits

and collaborate with developers to fix issues like site speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexability. Build

high-quality backlinks

and manage off-page SEO activities. Create

SEO-optimized landing pages

and content for better conversions. Track and report performance using

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

, and other SEO tools. Stay updated with

search engine algorithm updates

and best practices.

2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)



Design and execute

social media strategies

to grow The Craftsman's online presence. Manage and grow accounts on platforms such as:

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter (X)

Develop and maintain

content calendars

for regular posting. Create

engaging campaigns

to increase followers, engagement, and conversions. Run

paid advertising campaigns

(Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Monitor analytics to optimize campaigns and budget utilization. Engage with audiences by responding to

comments, messages, and DMs

. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for

partnerships and collaborations

. Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for growth.

3. Content Creation & Writing



Write compelling

blog articles, website content, product descriptions, and social media copy

. Ensure all content aligns with The Craftsman's

premium tone and brand voice

. Optimize content for

SEO and readability

. Develop content ideas for

groom styling guides, wedding fashion trends, and fabric education

. Work closely with the design and video teams to create cohesive storytelling campaigns.

4. Video Production & Editing



Plan, shoot, and edit

high-quality videos

for social media, campaigns, and ads. Create

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form promotional videos

. Add

motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music

for polished content. Maintain

brand aesthetics

in all video content. Collaborate with the creative team to

storyboard ideas

before execution. Optimize videos for each platform's specifications and trends.

5. Website & Online Presence Management



Work with developers to ensure the

website is SEO-friendly, user-friendly, and fast

. Regularly update

website banners, product pages, and blog sections

. Implement

conversion rate optimization (CRO)

techniques to increase leads and sales. Manage

Google My Business

for local SEO and reviews. Ensure brand consistency across

all digital platforms

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



2-4 years of hands-on experience

in SEO, SMM, content creation, and video editing. Deep understanding of

SEO tools

like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog. Strong expertise in

social media platforms

and ad managers (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube). Excellent video editing skills using

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

. Proficiency with design tools such as

Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

. Strong

copywriting and storytelling abilities

for premium luxury branding. Knowledge of

email marketing tools

like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Basic understanding of

HTML, CSS

, and website management. Data-driven mindset with the ability to

analyze metrics and optimize campaigns

. Excellent

time management and multitasking skills

.

Preferred Qualifications



Certification in

Digital Marketing or SEO

. Experience with

wedding and fashion industry marketing

. Knowledge of

influencer marketing

and luxury brand collaborations. Familiarity with

e-commerce platforms

like Shopify or WooCommerce.
