About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic
Social Media Intern
with a strong interest in
UGC (User-Generated Content) creation
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging, trend-driven content and supporting social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
This role offers hands-on exposure to social media marketing, content creation, and digital brand building in a professional agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Actively participate in
UGC-style content creation
, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and trend-based content.
Support planning and execution of social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience professionally.
Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and content ideas relevant to UGC formats.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track basic performance metrics and assist in preparing social media reports.
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Requirements
Fresher or currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in
UGC content creation, reels, short-form videos, and social media trends
.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with basic editing tools (mobile or desktop) is an added advantage.
