Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Help create posts, images, videos, and stories for social media. Assist with scheduling and posting content. Collaborate on creative ideas and campaigns.
Social Media Monitoring & Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty. Track and report on engagement and interactions.
Research & Trend Analysis:

Research current social media trends and best practices. Analyse competitor activities to inform strategy. Identify relevant hashtags and keywords for visibility.
Performance Reporting:

Collect and analyze data on reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare performance reports and offer insights to improve strategies.
Administrative Support:

Maintain and update social media profiles. Provide administrative support for campaigns and events.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: Familiar with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite), Microsoft Office, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media metrics.
Preferred:

Knowledge with social media advertising or campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with video editing tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
