Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities-

Influencer Marketing

: Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communication.

Content Ideation & Trend Spotting

: Stay updated on viral trends, social media challenges. Suggest fresh and creative content ideas suitable for in-house social media content. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for reels, stories, product posts, and campaigns.

Social Media Support

: Assist in managing social media calendars and organizing user-generated content (UGC) from influencer partnerships. Monitor influencer content performance and compile reports with key insights (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Communication Skills

: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and a creative flair.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret social media metrics and derive insights to inform strategy.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
