who is passionate about social media and building strong relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their brand's presence is not only seen but felt throughout the city.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships.
Social Media Strategy & Content:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our clients' business goals. This includes creating and managing content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Content Creation:
You will be responsible for creating engaging content for graphics, videos and posts.
Performance Reporting:
Track, analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Reporting and Coordination:
Coordinate with our design and strategy teams to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
0-1 years of proven experience in social media management or a related field.
Language:
Proficiency in
English
is a must. A good understanding of other regional languages is a significant plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions effectively.
Tools:
Must be proficient in using
Meta Business Suite, Canva
and
Microsoft
to create manage content.
