: Social Media Intern -- Performance Ads (Google + Meta)

Role

Hands-on intern to plan, run and optimise Google & Meta paid campaigns end-to-end -- MUST execute independently.

Key duties

:
1. Launch & manage Google (Search/Display/PMax) and Meta (FB/IG/YT) campaigns.
2. Create ad copy + simple creatives, set up Pixel/GTM/UTMs, monitor KPIs and optimise for leads.
3. Report weekly, run A/B tests, manage budgets.

Non-negotiable requirements

:
Prior internship experience in paid social/search (must). Proven hands-on Google Ads + Meta Ads experience. Can install/troubleshoot Meta Pixel & GA4/GTM. Comfortable building creatives (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video edits. Independent, data-driven, professional.
