Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Conduct research on current trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community engagement. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative visuals and content. Stay updated on new social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. Passion for social media and understanding of various platforms. Basic knowledge of social media tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Knowledge of video editing for reels and short-form content. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
