Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays up to date on trends, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Support in developing social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Help track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite. Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce creative assets (e.g., graphics, short videos, captions). Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies. Assist with influencer outreach, partnership research, and user-generated content initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related program. Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Passion for social media and digital culture.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
