Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic content copies aligned with the brand voice
Support in managing daily social media activities, including posting and replying to comments/messages
Help in creating reels, stories, and post ideas in coordination with the design and content team
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement
Assist in analyzing performance metrics and preparing basic reports
Coordinate with team members for campaigns, launches, and promotions
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms
