Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content aligned with brand voice
Design basic creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare basic reports
Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives
Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
Strong written communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, and social media scheduling tools is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
