Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Community Engagement: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media marketing campaigns, including scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform our social media strategy. Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance our brand presence on social media. Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in social media management or marketing is a plus but not required.
