Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. The primary objective of the position is to assist in the development, execution, and analysis of our social media strategies, enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media posts.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track engagement and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for promotion and outreach.
• Support the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for content creation.
• Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience or coursework in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage audiences online.
• Experience in social media marketing and an understanding of strategies to boost engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling multimedia content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on social media trends and technologies.
