Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging visual and written content for posts, stories, and reels
Schedule posts and monitor performance using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
Research current trends and competitor activity to propose new ideas
Support in creating reports and performance insights
Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign execution
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent communication and writing skills
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Spark, or other design tools is a plus
Familiarity with short-form video creation or editing (Reels, Stories, TikTok) is an added advantage
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
