Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern / Executive who's passionate about design, storytelling, and digital media. You'll be at the heart of our brand communication -- managing our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, designing eye-catching content, writing engaging blogs, and creating impactful lead magnets.

Graphic design is a core focus of this role.

Mode: Hybrid (You must be based in or willing to work partially from Indore)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram & LinkedIn Schedule posts and monitor performance analytics Stay up-to-date with trends and platform updates Graphic Design (Core Focus) Create high-quality posts, carousels, reels, banners, and ads Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite Ensure brand consistency and visually appealing designs Content Writing Write SEO-optimized blog articles Craft compelling captions and post content Lead Magnet Creation Design downloadable assets such as eBooks, guides, and templates Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation goals
Requirements

Strong graphic design portfolio (Mandatory) Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop Understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory Basic copywriting and blog writing ability Familiarity with Instagram & LinkedIn trends and algorithms Highly self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Must be open to working from Indore office part-time (Hybrid mode)
