The Social Media Intern is responsible for managing, and engaging the company's online presence across all social media platforms. This role involves content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analysis to build brand awareness and drive digital growth.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop engaging and creative content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with the brand's tone and marketing goals.
Plan and manage monthly social media calendars.
Social Media Strategy & Growth:
Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Engagement & Community Management:
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor brand mentions, user feedback, and manage online reputation.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Use analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategy.
Present insights to management for continuous improvement.
Brand Collaboration & Campaign Management:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and collaborations.
Support in launching new products and events through social media promotions.
