Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and scheduling daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.o Research beachwear/fashion trends and create engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's aesthetics.o Support in creating Reels, Stories, and short-form videos showcasing products and lifestyle.o Engage with the online community: reply to comments, DMs, and foster brand loyalty.o Coordinate with photographers, designers, and stylists for content shoots.o Assist in influencer collaboration research and outreach.o Track performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, followers) and prepare weekly reports.o Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:

Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends.o Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms (Threads, TikTok if applicable).o Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Reels editing tools is a plus.o Strong communication and creative thinking skills.o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.o Students pursuing Marketing, Fashion Communication, Media, or related fields preferred.
