Social Media Intern - Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Pune

Duration: 3-6 months (can be extended based on performance)

Stipend: Based on skills and experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. If you love social media, creating engaging content, and have a knack for trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You will get hands-on experience in managing social media accounts of Pune's well known brands, executing campaigns, and learning the nuances of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Research industry trends and create engaging content (text, images, reels, carousels, etc.). Monitor social media platforms, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages. Support in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing their performance. Track and report social media analytics to improve engagement and reach. Collaborate with the design and content team to develop creative campaigns. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:

Passion for social media and digital marketing. Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends. Strong writing and communication skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
