Role Overview
We're looking for a
Social Media Intern
who lives and breathes digital trends. You'll be responsible for managing, curating, and creating engaging content for various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and performance. This internship is performance-based with the potential for a full-time offer upon successful completion.

Month 1:
Training & trial period (Unpaid)
Month 2:
?5,000 - ?10,000 stipend (based on performance)
Month 3:
?10,000 - ?15,000 stipend (based on performance)
Full-time Offer:
Industry-standard salary package (based purely on performance and creative output)
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule content across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Assist in
developing content calendars
and managing posting timelines.
Collaborate with the
design and marketing teams
to create high-performing campaigns.
Monitor analytics, track engagement, and suggest creative growth strategies.
Stay up to date with
social media trends, platform updates, and viral content.
Requirements
Strong understanding of
social media platforms and audience behavior.
Basic skills in
content writing, caption creation, and trend research.
Familiarity with
Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
is a plus.
Creativity, consistency, and passion for storytelling through social media.
A portfolio, personal page, or sample social media work is preferred.
