? Craft engaging short-form video content that feels effortless and authentic

? Design polished graphics and layouts for feed posts, Stories and static ads

? Monitor social trends, challenges and platform updates--and propose fresh ideas weekly

? Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations to boost engagement

Strong graphic-design skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent

? Comfortable working using new AI like Krea and other video editing AI tools ? Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit videos

? Deep familiarity with current social media trends, influencers, and platform best practices ? An eye for Aari's aesthetic: soft minimalism, earthy palettes, and "quiet luxury" styling.

? Excellent communication, organization, and a team-player mindset.
