Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

: Assist in creating captivating posts, reels, stories, and graphics tailored for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Social Media Strategy

: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Community Engagement

: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build meaningful connections with our audience.

Trend Monitoring

: Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

Analytics and Insights

: Track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure all posts align with the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.

Collaboration

: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns.

You're a Great Fit if You Have

A knack for storytelling and a creative flair for designing and writing engaging content. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, etc.). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for social media trends, influencers, and online culture. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
