Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate on developing creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
Manage social media calendars and assist in creating a monthly content calendar to ensure timely posting and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to optimize content strategies and engagement tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Graphic Design and Video Editing departments, to ensure consistent branding and seamless execution across all platforms
Create, edit, and publish content (graphics, images, videos) using tools like Canva or other graphic design tools when required.
Assist in running and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), including ad setup, monitoring performance, and suggesting optimization strategies.
Engage with social media followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow the online community.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance and report insights to improve strategy.
Support the marketing team in brainstorming new ideas and campaigns for enhanced brand visibility.
Assist in photoshoots and video shoots, with a basic understanding of shoot processes and requirements.
Be comfortable and camera-friendly when required for brand-related videos, reels, or promotional content.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Understanding of Meta Ads and how to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
Ability to create compelling reels and posts that engage audiences.
Familiarity with content planning and the creation of content calendars.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar graphic design platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills and creativity to contribute innovative ideas.
Passionate about social media trends, creative content, and digital marketing.
A fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Educational Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
