We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive specializing in content creation to manage and grow our online presence. The role involves developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Develop creative visuals, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Schedule and manage daily content calendars for consistent posting. Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to create relevant and viral content. Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Track, analyze, and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversions). Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience insights. Stay updated with emerging tools, social media trends, and platform algorithms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
