Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to take charge of our social media platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
1.Social Media Strategizing
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and effective.
Stay informed about our target audience, competitors, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth & recommend and implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
2.Platform Management
Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3.Content Creation
Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content to be published across social media channels.
Ensure that content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and messaging and as per the Brand manual defined for the company.
Added knowledge on creative product photography & Dslr handling
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of editing platforms like Canva, Photoshop , Premiere pro , lightroom etc.
4.Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
5.Analytics & Reporting
Analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
6.Campaign Management
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement & collaborate with other teams (such as marketing, PR, and sales) to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas, gather information, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
7.Collaboration
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant partners to amplify our social media reach and engagement.
8.Crisis Management
Be prepared to address and manage social media crises or negative feedback promptly and diplomatically.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
1. Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that have positively impacted brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
3. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure performance and gain insights.
5. Strong understanding of target audience segmentation and ability to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Type - Full - Time / On-site
Timings - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)
