About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design/branding sense, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in growing social media presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form content

Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity

Manage social media pages, comments, messages, and community engagement

Coordinate with the design, marketing, and client teams for content execution

Track performance metrics and share monthly analytics & insights

Run and optimize basic paid ad campaigns (preferred)

Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and consistency across platforms

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience in social media management / digital marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Knowledge of content strategy, hashtags, and growth methods

Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator preferred)

Video editing familiarity (CapCut / Premiere Pro is a plus)

Strong communication, creativity, and strategic mindset

Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Design / Multimedia (preferred)

Compensation

Salary Range: ( ?15,000-?25,000 per month) -- based on experience & skills
