Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Studio Pinnacle , Punjabi Bagh

Stipend: ₹5,000-10,000/month

Duration: 3-6 months (with chance to move into a full-time role)

About the Role

We're a fast-growing social media agency managing 20+ brands in fashion, luxury, real estate, salons, and F&B. As a Social Media Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to how brands grow online. You'll be working under a Social Media Manager, supporting them in daily execution across multiple accounts.

What You'll Do

Post content (reels, carousels, stories) on Instagram & Facebook. Write captions, find hashtags, and ensure posts go live on time. Research trending content ideas and references. Maintain trackers and help prepare content calendars. Pull weekly insights (reach, engagement, followers). Learn how agencies handle multiple clients at scale.

What You'll Learn

End-to-end social media management (strategy ? posting ? reporting). Using tools like Google Drive, scheduling apps, and trackers. How to work with designers, video editors, and clients. Professional discipline, deadlines, and accountability.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who's active on Instagram & loves digital media. Detail-oriented (captions/hashtags must be correct). Good communication skills. Eager to learn & open to feedback. Canva/Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.

Real exposure to 8-10 brands across industries. Certificate & letter of recommendation. Strong performers may be offered a full-time Social Media Executive role after internship.
