Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in taking our digital presence to the next level. From ideating Instagram Reels to managing publishing schedules, you'll have end-to-end ownership of exciting content pieces that engage and educate.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Ideation

? Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for social platforms.

? Draft scripts for Reels, Shorts, and snackable video content around personal finance, digital lending, and CreditSea's journey.

? Contribute to a monthly social media content calendar.

Reels & Video Creation

? Ideate, script, and record short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

? Be camera-ready and participate in recordings.

Coordinate with the editing team as needed for post-production.

Social Media Management

? Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

? Engage with followers through comments, replies, and stories.

? Monitor content performance, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

? Confident in front of the camera -- you enjoy talking to an audience!

? Basic knowledge of Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

? Creative thinking and a keen interest in finance, startups, and digital storytelling.

? Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.

? Ability to work on-site in Raipur for the duration of the internship.

? Prior experience in content creation or managing a personal/public social handle is a plus.

Bonus if you have

? A portfolio of social media content or reels

? Experience using social media tools like Buffer, Canva, or Creator Studio

? Editing skills or coordination experience with editors
