Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) relevant to the renewable energy industry.
Develop influencer partnership strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education.
Coordinate campaigns, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution of influencer content.
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Build long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators.
Customer Delight & Engagement
Ensure high-quality experience for customers from onboarding to post-installation.
Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve concerns quickly.
Implement customer retention, referral, and feedback programs.
Conduct follow-up calls/messages to ensure seamless project updates and satisfaction.
Monitor customer sentiment, reviews, and online feedback to improve experience.
Content & Branding Support
Work closely with marketing to plan influencer-driven content calendars.
Suggest creative ideas for online engagement, customer storytelling, and testimonials.
Support in developing brand guidelines for influencer collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain influencer database, campaign trackers, and customer satisfaction reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management.
Use insights to optimise influencer strategies and customer engagement processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, customer success, or digital marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends.
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and social media dashboards.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the renewable energy, solar, or tech sector.
Knowledge of community building and brand advocacy programs.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
