Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
Develop social media campaigns that align with company goals and brand identity
Collaborate with designers, marketing, and content teams for multimedia post creation
Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest improvements
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Assist in running paid social media ads and promotions
Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors (if applicable)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Any Stream
1 years of experience in managing business social media accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing is a plus
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make content decisions
