Key Responsibilities
Appear on camera to create reels, shorts, videos, stories, and promotional content
Present and explain company services clearly and confidently
Plan content ideas and communicate requirements to video editors
Guide and coordinate with editors to ensure content quality and brand alignment
Review edited videos and suggest changes where required
Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Maintain a consistent posting calendar and content timeline
Host live sessions, Q&A videos, and campaign-related content
Ensure brand voice, visuals, and messaging remain consistent
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong on-camera confidence and communication skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Ability to guide editors with clear instructions and feedback
Experience with social media scheduling tools (or willingness to learn)
Good time management and organizational skills
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
