Growmax is hiring a

Social Media & Growth Lead

with proven experience scaling

Web3 brands and communities

.
This role focuses on

growth, engagement, and community building

across social platforms.

This is NOT a sales, RM, banking, or credit role.

Responsibilities

Own social media growth across

X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube

Build and scale

Telegram communities

Plan and execute content calendars focused on growth and engagement Run growth experiments, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies Track and optimise KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, community activity Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators Monitor Web3 trends and market narratives

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience managing social media for

Web3, crypto, or fintech brands

Hands-on experience growing

Telegram communities

Strong understanding of

crypto markets and Web3 ecosystems

Experience with

growth tactics and experimentation

Excellent written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience scaling crypto or Web3 startups Community management experience (10k+ members preferred) Familiarity with analytics tools and growth reporting Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
